SRE Engineer (Infrastructure)

☑️ Responsibilities
- Administration, development, and support of server infrastructure based on Linux
- Configuration, support, and optimization of web servers and proxy servers (Nginx, HAProxy, etc.)
- Prevention, detection, and resolution of failures and malfunctions in the IT infrastructure
- Operation of IaaC using Ansible
- Support and development of automation tools and CI/CD processes (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins)
- Preparation and deployment of infrastructure for various tasks and projects
- Ensuring fault tolerance and scalability of application infrastructure, including geo-distributed environments
- Prompt incident response, their resolution, post-incident analysis, and development of measures to prevent recurrence
- Automation of routine tasks and support processes
☑️ Our Requirements for Candidates
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Linux System Administrator or DevOps Engineer
- Deep understanding of Linux operating principles and experience administering servers on various distributions
- Proficiency in one or more scripting languages: Bash, Python
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and network protocols
- Experience with configuration management and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, etc.)
- Understanding of containerization principles and experience with Docker
- Understanding of security concepts in container and cluster environments
- Ability to configure and maintain web servers and proxy servers
- Responsibility, analytical thinking, and ability to make decisions in critical situations
- Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana)
- Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization systems
- Will be a plus:
- Practical experience with the GitOps approach
- Experience in building clusters, including DB clusters
- Confident knowledge of PostgreSQL
