Russian Railways (RZD), one of the largest state corporations in the country, is looking for a TOP-level Executive Search Recruiter for the recruitment and assessment block.
To be upfront: this position is not for everyone. Here you will have to close tasks that are usually called unsolvable — hunt for specialists and managers so niche that there are only two or three of them in the entire country.
— mandatory experience working in the largest corporations in the country and the world; — a substantial contact list with rare specialists and managers; — the ability to find and successfully negotiate with people who are not in any database.
