Network Engineer

Experience with FortiGate equipment is mandatory! Project: Retail

Lead Middle+ Key competencies TCP/IP FortiGate Citizenship/Location RF Requirements Responsibilities: Operation of networks for 1400+ stores. Restoration of store communication channels. Support of corporate wireless networks (Enterprise Wi-Fi). Building and supporting geo-redundancy. Improving the fault tolerance of switches and routers, preparing and conducting migrations. Automating network tasks using Ansible. Planned monthly night network updates for stores. Requirements: Experience with FortiGate equipment is mandatory! Knowledge of data transmission network principles, main routing protocols, TCP/IP stack. Practical experience with network equipment from various vendors: L2/L3 switches, routers, firewalls. Knowledge of VLAN, STP, RSTP, ARP, DHCP, DNS, Port Security. Practical experience in diagnosing network failures. Configuration and support of fault-tolerant solutions (HSRP, VRRP, MLAG). Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, PRTG, NetFlow). Experience with traffic analyzers (tcpdump, Wireshark). Basic knowledge of VRF, BGP, OSPF, RIP, QoS, LACP, IPsec, 802.1X, NTP, SMTP, POP3, etc. Administration of routers and switches (Cisco, Huawei, etc.). Configuration and optimization of dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP). Experience with wireless networks, including enterprise-level (Enterprise Wi-Fi): configuration, diagnostics, troubleshooting. Experience in automating network tasks: Ansible, as well as Python, n8n, etc.

Readiness for planned night work once a month.
