Hello! Looking for a Product Lead at Avito for a key direction for us — performer experience (BX).

• Large area of responsibility: the entire gig worker experience from the first contact with the platform to receiving money for a completed shift.
• Direct responsibility for business results: gig workers are currently the main driver of our growth.

• Complex management challenges: how to maintain double-digit MoM growth rates, how to multiply conversions, how to accelerate the team and business in an AI-native environment.
• Senior+ team: 4 product managers and cross-functional development teams. Focus on the development and growth of established professionals.
• Startup atmosphere within a corporation. A year and a half ago, we were just trying to get gig workers their first shifts, and now we are one of the systemically important players in this market, shaping trends.
