CyberHULL is looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to support and improve financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and Plan vs. Actual analysis
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity
• Improve financial workflows, controls, reporting templates, and databases
• Manage financial and operational documents
• Support automation and AI-driven process improvements
• Work closely with internal teams on finance and business operations tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
• Fluent English and Russian
• High attention to detail, ownership, accuracy, and analytical thinking
• Experience in an international IT company would be a plus
