Senior UX/UI Designers / Uzum Fintech Remote

Uzum is the first IT unicorn in Uzbekistan (20 million users, mind you). We are growing rapidly and are currently rebuilding the fintech platform for businesses.

We are growing fast and are looking for talented people for Uzum Fintech who love to create high-class products, act on real customer needs, and turn complex processes into understandable and beautiful solutions. You can choose a focus when applying: Daily Banking, Customer Retention, or BNPL.

What you will do: • Design concise interfaces and tools. • Create scalable patterns and develop the Uzum Fintech design system. • Challenge product hypotheses and conduct design reviews.

What we expect: • 6+ years of product experience, data-driven argumentation of solutions, and a strong portfolio. • Ability to accurately identify user needs and pain points using a wide range of research knowledge and tools. • Create clean, sophisticated, and understandable screens and scenarios, focusing on real user needs.
