Requirements: At least 3 years of experience as a Systems/Business Analyst in the IT sector (banks, fintech, telecom, integrators). Proficiency in BPMN and UML, ability to formalize processes and requirements. Practical experience in describing integrations and APIs: REST/SOAP, sequence diagram, XSD, JSON Schema. Understanding of message broker principles (RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka). Experience with tools Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Enterprise Architect. Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and development management approaches (Agile, Kanban, etc.), including experience in decomposing large tasks. Basic SQL skills for data analysis and verification.
