We are a licensed Online Academy of Evgenia Kondrashina.
Since 2021, over 10,000 students have completed our programs in healing, energy work, and practical esotericism. We are actively growing, launching new products, and strengthening our technical team.
Now we are looking for a technical specialist who will take responsibility for setting up and supporting the entire technical infrastructure of the online school.
What you will do
- Implement and send daily email newsletters and bot-based newsletters to the student base.
- Upload recordings of Zoom meetings, webinars, live streams, and other materials to the learning platforms.
- Ensure the correct functioning of landing pages, connect necessary widgets, and check their performance.
- Build and support marketing funnels on the Salebot platform.
- Create educational products and processes on the GetCourse platform.
- Set up webinars and auto-webinars.
- Create and maintain integrations between services and platforms.
- Generate necessary reports for marketing, sales, and training departments.
- Interact with contractors on technical issues.
- Track and promptly resolve technical errors throughout the client's journey.
Required experience
- Practical experience as a technical specialist in online schools.
- Confident knowledge of the GetCourse platform.
- Experience building funnels on Salebot.
- Experience setting up processes for the sales and training departments in GetCourse.
- Experience integrating services via API.
- Experience working with AmoCRM.
- Skill in setting up automations and business processes.
Will be an advantage
- Experience with analytics and data collection for tracking key performance indicators.
- Skills in working with HTML and CSS for adapting emails and widgets.
- Basic knowledge of Tilda.
- Experience in projects with regular launches.
