Senior Frontend Developer (React)/Team Lead needed

Seeking a strong Frontend Team Lead to take ownership of the architecture and development of the frontend direction in high-load products.

• Designing the architecture of frontend applications (Next.js, SSR, micro-frontends / Module Federation) • Developing scalable and high-load interfaces • Forming and developing a library of reusable components • Technical leadership and selection of architectural solutions • Conducting Code Reviews and implementing development standards (TypeScript, clean code) • Performance optimization and bottleneck elimination • Forming unified development approaches within the team

Expectations: • 5+ years of commercial development experience (with 3+ years in React) • Deep understanding of React and rendering mechanisms • Expert level JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript • Experience with Next.js and SSR • Practical experience with micro-frontends (Module Federation) • Understanding of frontend application architecture • Experience conducting Code Reviews and implementing development standards • Confident work with REST API and Git

Will be a plus: • Experience building design systems and component libraries • Experience working with high-load systems • Experience in technical leadership or team management
