Tasks
- Own the product as a Product Owner: vision, strategy, roadmap
- Develop the token and the ecosystem around it: utility, mechanics, tokenomics, new use cases
- Formulate and prioritize the backlog, assign tasks to the development team
- Coordinate smart contract developers, frontend, marketing, and community
- Analyze the market, competitors, and product metrics
- Participate in working with exchanges, listings, and partners
Requirements
- Experience in blockchain projects: tokens, DeFi, NFT, Web3 services, etc.
- Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for 3+ years, with at least 1 year in Web3
- Understanding of tokenomics, smart contracts, wallets, and blockchain network operations (EVM, TON, Solana, or others)
- Experience leading a team or cross-functional projects
- Ability to independently make product decisions and take responsibility for the results
- Genuine interest in blockchain, not just formal experience
Will be a plus
- Launching a token or product on the network from scratch
- Experience with exchange listings, working with Web3 communities
- Understanding of legal aspects of working with crypto assets
