We are looking for a Middle Data Engineer to join our data team and participate in building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines for the IN-Gauge platform. The role involves working with production data, Spark pipelines, and AWS infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Development and support of ETL/ELT pipelines for processing hospitality data;
• Working with high-load Spark / PySpark pipelines in production;
• Optimization of existing data flows and participation in the platform's architectural update;
• Integration of data from external systems (PMS, upsell metrics, operational data);
• Ensuring the reliability, quality, and scalability of the data platform;
• Close collaboration with data and product teams.

What we expect from you:

• Commercial experience as a Data Engineer — 5+ years;
• Experience with Spark / PySpark — 2+ years in production;
• Experience with AWS — 2+ years (including the last project);
• Practical experience in building and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines in production;
• Understanding of data platform architectures and stream/batch data processing;
• English language — B2, confident communication on technical topics and in teamwork.
