We are looking for a designer who will help make learning noticeable and effective: from visuals for communications to landing pages and graphics for courses. Taste, systematic thinking, and the ability to work within product logic together with methodologists and production are important.
What you will be doing:
- Develop visuals for learning and development communications: banners, newsletters, promotional materials;
- Work in Tilda: create and format landing pages for training projects and courses.
- Create visual concepts for courses and special projects, maintaining the integrity and recognizability of the style;
- Prepare graphics and visual elements for educational products: courses, videos, presentations;
- Use and develop the design system, ensure a unified style for all materials;
- Closely interact with methodologists, video production, and course developers — so that the design contributes to the educational outcome.
What we expect from you:
- Proficient in Figma and experience with Tilda;
- Experience in creating landing pages and visual communications for the digital environment;
- Ability to work with design systems and maintain a unified visual style;
- Understanding of UX/UI principles for educational and communication projects;
- Portfolio with real projects (required);
- Experience in EdTech/corporate training and cross-functional work with production;
- Will be an advantage: skills in working with 3D graphics (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar).
