Lead ML Engineer - LLM Inference & NLP

Requirements: Experience in optimizing LLM inference with SGLang, vLLM, or TensorRT-LLM. Work with large models on distributed GPU infrastructure. Understanding of KV cache, batching, quantization, and GPU profiling. Experience in training and fine-tuning LLMs, strong command of PyTorch. Ability to guide engineers through reviews, mentorship, and technical solutions.
