Tasks: • Process incoming leads in accordance with the established SLA; • Conduct primary lead qualification according to approved criteria; • Quickly identify client needs and potential; • Transfer qualified leads to the next stage of the sales process; • Adhere to communication standards, qualification quality, and work processes; • Work within a shift schedule and ensure stable shift coverage.
