Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Product Owner to join our growing Fintech team. This role suits someone who is building solid Product Owner experience and enjoys working closely with business and technical teams. You will help turn customer needs, market insights, and stakeholder requirements into clear, workable product improvements. With guidance from senior product and business stakeholders, you will contribute to product direction, backlog priorities, and the reliable operation of live services
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Prepare and maintain product documentation, including product vision materials, user stories, process or flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
Research market, user, and competitor information and share findings that support product decisions and solution ideas.
Help maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value, technical dependencies, and stakeholder input.
Facilitate and actively contribute to core Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Clearly communicate project requirements, goals, and changing priorities to help keep the development team aligned and delivery moving.
Monitor daily service reports and performance KPIs, and flag potential system or conversion improvements for discussion.
Participate in discussions with B2B customers to understand evolving needs and support solutions that can contribute to service development and revenue growth.
Monitor customer campaigns, rate plans, and pricing changes, helping assess their impact on traffic, services, and revenue.
Support financial operations by tracking transaction and service data for invoice preparation, timely customer data submission, monthly reconciliation, and invoice adjustments.
Contribute to the quality of delivered features by participating in technical alignment meetings, design reviews, and testing and validation activities.
Gather post-launch feedback from internal and external stakeholders and help keep product improvements aligned with business objectives.
Keep up to date with Agile and Scrum practices, relevant regional Fintech regulations, and emerging industry trends.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar product role. Experience in B2B Fintech, digital lending, payments, or SaaS is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related technical or analytical field; equivalent relevant practical experience is also welcome.
Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
Good analytical skills. Experience with SQL, basic APIs, or data visualization tools is a plus for tracking service performance and supporting reconciliation work.
Basic understanding of product economics, ROI considerations, and client or customer relationship management.
Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.
