Sales Manager / Sales Closer

💼 Vacancy: Sales Manager / Sales Closer 🏢Company: The Room Offer 💵 Income: from $1,700+ (commission-only / Performance-Based / No ceiling) 🌏Work Format: Remote, fully remote from anywhere in the world

The Room Offer helps specialists turn real experience into clear market value: strengthen their CV and LinkedIn, become more noticeable to recruiters, and get more relevant career opportunities. ** Our mission** is to ensure that strong specialists do not miss out on good offers simply because their experience is poorly packaged or not easily understood by the market.

😎 What we offer: • Ready-made lead flow - up to 150 interested leads per day from marketing, you don't need to find clients yourself • CRM with profiles and communication history for each lead • Ready-made product, clear process, and production team - you don't produce, you close deals • No commission ceiling + possibility to receive payments weekly, not monthly • We specifically made the target easy to close, so it can be closed even with 3 hours of work per day

🤔What is important to us: • Sales experience, preferably commission-only / closer role • Understanding your numbers: personal turnover, conversion, average check, commission amount in the best month • Willingness to work without a fixed salary and focus on results, not guarantees • Ability to calculate potential income and explain your logic based on numbers

📋 What you will do: • Process incoming warm leads and bring them to deal closure • Maintain communication and record everything in CRM • Handle objections, follow-up, conduct demonstration meetings • Consistently meet and exceed target revenue indicators ($12k+/month)

💵 Compensation and revenue targets: 7.5% of turnover up to $10k, 7.5% + $500 up to $12k after $10k - 10% + $500

Calculation examples 🧮 $12k turnover → $1,700 $15k turnover → $2,000 $20k turnover → $2,500

After 2 months of stable $12k+ - transition to 15% (with $20k = $3,000+)

Payments at the start can be made on a weekly basis 😎
