BelesAI is looking for a designer to join the team We develop IT products in the fields of education, business process automation, and digital services. We are currently looking for a designer who can help us with interfaces, presentation materials, and product visual packaging. Work format: full-time City: Astana Format: predominantly offline in the office, but we can also consider an online format for a strong candidate. What needs to be done: — develop UI design for web and mobile interfaces; — prepare prototypes and user scenarios in Figma; — improve existing product screens; — design presentations, instructions, landing pages, and marketing materials; — work together with the product/project manager and development team; — adapt the design for different devices and interface states; — maintain a unified visual style for the company's products. What we expect: — confident proficiency in Figma; — understanding of UX/UI and user scenario logic; — attention to detail: spacing, grids, fonts, components; — ability to quickly visualize ideas and suggest improvements; — portfolio with real or academic projects; — responsibility and readiness to work in a team. Will be a plus: — experience in designing CRM, ERP, LMS, SaaS, or B2B products; — understanding of adaptive design; — experience in preparing presentations and promotional materials; — basic understanding of how design is handed over to development.
