Responsibilities:

• Participation in building Data Governance (working on structuring data into domains and subdomains, creating a corporate business glossary and a list of metrics, mapping their connections with data sources, assigning responsibilities for data and metric domains and subdomains);
• Implementing Data Governance in OMD (OpenMetadata), setting tasks for the development and operations team;
• Interacting with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (analysts, architects, product managers) when developing and approving solutions;
• Assisting with analytical ad-hoc requests for the data warehouse and BI analytics team (helping to develop technical specifications for tasks from internal business customers and describe business processes).

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Governance Specialist in projects related to data warehouses, metadata management systems;
• SQL knowledge at a level that allows confidently executing basic queries, using aggregate functions, grouping, table joins, data filtering and sorting, window functions;
• Understanding of data warehouse architecture, the essence of ETL processes, typical data models;
• The ability to analyze business requirements, create technical specifications, and assess the impact of changes on business processes will be an advantage;
• Experience with basic work with LLM models, prompt engineering for the main tasks of this role;
• Experience working with data/analytics using Python.
