What you bring to the team. Strong experience as a reliability engineer or production specialist in a manufacturing environment. Deep knowledge of reliability engineering techniques including FMEA, FTA, PHA, and criticality analysis. Proven ability to facilitate root cause analysis and resolve complex technical equipment failures. Practical background in developing preventive maintenance strategies, SOPs, and machine inspection criteria. Hands-on experience supporting new machine installations, engineering trials, and capital projects. Strong communication skills to guide production teams and collaborate on safety and quality standards.
