Hello everyone! We are looking for a project manager for performance projects! Astra Marketing has held significant positions in the agency rankings of Russia for 8 years and grows every year. For the last 2 years, we have opened an office in Moscow and manage clients there. We work with performance marketing: advertising, landing pages, research, and all that.

🔸What we expect from you: – agency work experience of 2+ years – knowledge and experience with Yandex Direct contextual advertising, Yandex Metrika – experience in simultaneously managing 5-10 projects – work schedule from 10 AM to 6 PM Novosibirsk time (MSK +4), possible fluctuation of +-1 hour - we are looking for this specific time zone.

🔸Desirable: – basic skills in Google Sheets, Figma – systematic approach and independence, ability to take responsibility within your tasks – ability to find solutions or people for tasks, to google, find information.

🔸 What you will be doing: – communicating with clients in Telegram/Zoom, creating technical specifications and setting tasks for specialists within the company; – working with freelancers on content or creative creation, finding contractors – achieving client KPIs through the team's efforts (cost per qualified lead and quantity) – preparing and defending estimates, presentations, reports – assisting in preparing strategy and positioning for brands.
