Digital Marketer (Project-Based Employment, B2C + B2B)

Truman Eva is an IT platform in the field of psychological well-being and AI. We are developing a product for both individual users and corporate clients, which is why we are looking for a marketer who knows how to quickly launch hypotheses and bring them to fruition.

Responsibilities

This is a project-based role. Tasks will include, for example:

• Launching advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms;
• Testing new user acquisition channels;
• Preparing and conducting marketing campaigns;
• Increasing the number of app registrations and installs;
• Searching for and testing new growth hypotheses;
• Improving landing page conversion rates;
• Assisting in the promotion of the B2B segment (materials, landing pages, advertising campaigns, sales support);
• Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and proposing improvements;
• Finding unconventional ways to promote the product.

What We Value

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in digital marketing;
• Understands how to acquire users for B2C products;
• Has experience working with ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.);
• Can measure ad effectiveness, not just launch campaigns;
• Independently proposes ideas and tests hypotheses;
• Is results-oriented.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in mobile app promotion;
• Experience in IT/SaaS product promotion;
• Understanding of B2B marketing;
• Experience with analytics (AppMetrica, etc.).

How We Work

We do not aim to overload individuals with full-time work. We assign tasks as needed:
