We are looking for QA Engineers: Junior+ and Middle! 🚀
Our team is growing, and we need two people – attentive, thoughtful, and passionate about product quality. If it's important for you not just to "click through" functionality, but to truly understand how everything works, let's get acquainted.
📍 Conditions:
- Location: Minsk.
- Format: office, full-time. We are for live communication, quick whiteboard syncs, and joint bug analysis.
- Experience:
- Junior+: from 1 year of commercial testing.
- Middle: from 2–3 years of commercial experience, confident independence in tasks.
💼 Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing of web applications and APIs.
- Write and maintain test documentation: checklists, test cases, test plans.
- Participate in acceptance testing, demos, and implementation support.
- Prepare reports on testing results (preliminary testing, trial operation, etc.).
- Localize defects: read logs, analyze network requests, clearly describe reproduction steps.
For Middle additionally: review colleagues' test cases, participate in test strategy planning, and mentor juniors.
🛠 Hard Skills:
- Understanding of test design methodologies and techniques and the ability to apply them in practice.
- Confident work with APIs: Postman, Swagger, or similar.
- Skill in working with DevTools, reading logs (Kibana, Graylog, or similar).
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and any TMS (TestIT, Qase, Zephyr, etc.).
- Ability to analyze requirements and technical documentation.
For Middle: expectation of deeper expertise in building test strategies and independent decision-making regarding coverage.
🤝 Soft Skills (for both levels):
- Responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly and argumentatively communicate ideas to developers, analysts, and managers.
- Desire to delve into the product and understand the logic, not just follow a script.
- Willingness to ask questions and learn from the team.
💬 What we offer:
- Work in a team where QA is not a formality, but part of the development culture.
- Real tasks, not "testing for testing's sake".
