Responsibilities: • Collection and analysis of business/system requirements • Preparation of technical specifications, task statements, and functional requirements • Description of as-is / to-be processes, user scenarios, and integrations • Interaction with stakeholders, developers, and the QA team • Participation in system logic design and project support • Maintaining project documentation and participating in the acceptance of work results

What we expect: • Experience as a system analyst for over 4 years • Experience in analyzing and formalizing requirements • Understanding of BPMN, UML, API, integrations, and databases • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Postman, Miro, Draw.io, Figma • Strong communication skills and systemic thinking

Will be a plus: • Experience interacting with government or quasi-governmental organizations • Experience in GovTech / FinTech projects
