📌 What I Need: • Plan and execute lifecycle journeys, segmentation, and retention campaigns tailored for FX clients • Boost client engagement and conversion through testing, automation, and personalization • Monitor CRM performance metrics, deposit/activity loops, and translate data insights into action • Proven background in marketing-led CRM and customer retention within the Forex/Fintech industry
