🧩 About the project
Product “Reporting (IFRS) / Closing + Management Accounting (FP&A) + BI Finance” with functionality:
- period closing
- report generation (NSBU, statistical, IFRS)
- cost of goods sold and reserves calculation
- financial planning and budgeting
- analysis and analytical dashboards
🎯 Tasks
- Interaction with the Customer, product analysis, description of business processes as is → to be
- Formation, together with the business customer, of functional/technical requirements for assigning tasks to developers
- Maintaining a backlog of initiatives for products, prioritizing based on efficiency/network scalability/legislative requirements
- Participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), acceptance of results
- Coordination with SAP integrator/vendor, participation in implementation projects
- Development of a unified data model from IFRS closing to management reporting and dashboards
- Understanding the relationship between three types of reporting
- Support of the budgeting process
- Dashboard development
🛠️ Requirements (Hard Skills)
- SAP user experience
- Understanding of IFRS standards and management accounting setup
- Understanding of end-to-end data transformation “regulatory → management accounting”
- Skills in working with BI tools (Power BI / SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Experience in budgeting and plan-fact analysis
- Experience as a business analyst/product manager: requirement gathering, writing functional/technical specifications, backlog prioritization
- Understanding of management accounting reporting collection processes

- Experience working in retail
- Specialized education: finance/accounting + additional IT education (or vice versa)
- Experience participating in SAP rollouts/system scaling
- Work with Asana / Jira / Confluence
- Experience working with budgeting/planning/financial analysis systems
