Responsibilities
- consult clients on all Sber's products and services, including mortgages
- sell banking products and services
- educate clients on how to use Sber's services and products
- perform cash operations: receiving, dispensing, exchanging money
Requirements
- have secondary education or higher
- are friendly and ready to help clients
- actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
- are willing to use artificial intelligence in daily work (company-funded training — there are internal courses).
