Looking for a Freelance Web Designer for Nemesis Books
Nemesis Books is looking for an experienced freelance web designer with a strong eye for visual composition and graphic design to design and build its website.
In addition to my academic and professional work in city planning, I recently founded Nemesis Books, a new independent publishing imprint devoted to bringing the past to life through both words and images.
Our first publication is Reginald of Châtillon: A Crusader Legend, a fully illustrated historical novel set during the Crusades.
I have already assembled virtually all of the visual and written materials for the website, including original illustrations, maps, photographs, the logo, and the text. The project is not about creating new graphics, but about designing and building an elegant website that brings these existing materials together into a coherent, engaging, and visually compelling presentation.
The website will include a home page introducing Nemesis Books; pages devoted to the book; a historical timeline; a Behind the Illustrations section; an About page; contact information; and the flexibility to accommodate future publications.
The goal is to deliver a fully functional website, not simply page designs.
Experience designing websites for publishers, museums, authors, or other visually oriented organizations would be a significant advantage.
If you are interested—or can recommend someone—I would be delighted to hear from you. Please contact me through LinkedIn and, if possible, include links to websites you have designed. Recommendations from colleagues and friends are especially welcome.
