AI Art Director & Agent Orchestrator
About Unimatch Lab
Unimatch Lab is an AI-driven Venture Studio from Silicon Valley. We are building our own AI technology stack and asset portfolio: from consumer AI products and smart devices to local LLM clusters, memory layer, orchestration, and AI infrastructure. Including R&D in the field of distributed and orbital data centers.
Our goal is to enter the top 50 AI companies in the world with a combined asset valuation of $10B+ by 2032.
We are looking for people who take responsibility for results and can work autonomously at a high level.
🚀 What You Will Be Doing
Building an agent system for design and marketing
- Design an agent system for design tasks: describe processes, agent roles, input/output standards, and criteria for the quality of their work.
- Work in tandem with the Head of Infrastructure, who integrates the agent system you develop into the company's overall multi-agent platform and is responsible for its infrastructure, scalability, and reliability.
- Orchestrate the work of AI agents as a "team of juniors": establish flows where agents generate references, assets, screen and text variants, while you make the final creative and product decisions.
Working at the intersection of product and marketing
- In collaboration with product owners and marketers, seek visual and product hypotheses, improve key user scenarios (from first contact to purchase and retention).
- Develop ASO materials, store creatives, and performance creatives, building in opportunities for scaling through the agent system and standards.
Developing and maintaining design systems
- Design and maintain design systems and UI Kits: formulate principles, patterns, and constraints, ensure uniform application across all products and teams.
- Describe how the agent system should collect, update, and maintain a unified visual and product style at the level of the entire studio.
Adapting visuals and UX for localizations
- Design a system for adaptation to different markets: set standards and processes for localizing visuals and UX and implement them through the agent system.
Designing and implementing interfaces (web + mobile)
- Define UX/UI for web and mobile, form references, principles, and guides.
- Establish rules by which the agent system generates and maintains interfaces, preserving the integrity of the visual language and product experience.
Leading the visual direction of products
- Form and maintain a unified visual language across all channels: mobile apps, web, landing pages, stores, social media, presentations.
🧠 Who We Are Looking For
🎯 About This Role
You will become the assembly point between visual strategy, product UX/UI, and the orchestration of AI agents: personally lead the visual direction for 2-3 mobile-first products and simultaneously build an agent system that handles routine work and scales the design function without proportional team growth.
We are looking for a hands-on Art Director who knows how to build a design function in a new way: not a team of juniors and mids, but one strong art director and a system of AI agents under their management.
We need a person for whom three things work simultaneously and at a high level.
Deep expertise in B2C and mobile products
- 5+ years in B2C digital: mobile applications, consumer services, marketplaces, fintech, subscription products, product B2C teams (startups, large products, digital studios).
- Understanding of product metrics and funnel: which screens and flows affect key metrics.
- Experience leading visual direction: assigned tasks to other designers, reviewed, and made final decisions; strong portfolio of live mobile and web products.
- Experience in graphic design: development of brand identity, visual communications, logos, and corporate style for B2C products; ability to build and document brand guidelines.
- Confident mobile UX/UI: you know the patterns and limitations of iOS/Android, consider localizations and cultural specifics of key markets (US, Asia, etc.).
- Confident use of Figma (including Figma Slides), auto-layouts, components, design systems; Photoshop / Illustrator is a plus.
- Important: B2C focus is mandatory; experience only in B2B/corporate projects is not suitable for us. In interviews, we look at a live portfolio with real launched products.
Ability to work with AI tools and agent systems
- Practical experience creating and orchestrating your own AI agent system: with memory, tools, and documented logic, not just using ready-made tools.
- Understanding of orchestrator architecture and multi-agent platform, ability to assemble an agent system for specific design and marketing tasks; comfortable working in Cursor, Claude Code, and equivalents.
- Experience in automating routine tasks: generating visuals (Midjourney / Firefly / Krea or equivalents), assets, screen variants and creatives, generating hypotheses, data synchronization, localization.
- Willingness to work closely with the Head of Infrastructure on the development of the company's overall agent system.
Systematic thinking and end-to-end responsibility for visuals
- You see not individual mockups, but the function: flows, triggers, dependencies, automation points.
- You can build the visual part so that it works across multiple products and scales through the agent system and standards, not through linear team growth.
Meta-skills
- Orchestrator mindset - you think in terms of flows and systems, not tasks and deadlines.
- Build speed - from idea to a working agent or experiment.
- Context switching - you manage 2-3 products simultaneously without losing focus and quality.
- Builder-mindset - you can build a product on your own without a team.
🛠 Conditions and Format
- Format: Full-time, remote
- Hours: Flexible
- Income: Fixed rate, transparent terms from $6,000
- Team: Direct interaction with founders
