Korada Consulting is looking for a 1C programmer with project-based employment. Projects include the implementation of operational and management accounting, and the development of financial accounting systems.

Our job is to make client businesses organized and systematic. 1C is only a part of this work, but an important part. We also strive to be organized ourselves:

Work on projects under the guidance of an experienced Project Manager. Adequate and engaged clients – private businesses, with owners/management interested in establishing order and automation. We do not work "for show", we do not sell hours for money, we work for client growth.

We are looking for programmers who love to devise and implement architectural solutions, write fast and high-quality code, learn new technologies, and take on new tasks for themselves.

Work at Korada is 100% remote.

What you will be doing:

• Task estimation (preferably matching reality)
• Development according to functional requirements, working on solution architecture
• Creating subsystems to solve non-standard business problems
• Non-standard integrations with "Document Management", "Payroll and HR Management" and other 1C systems
• Integrations of 1C with non-1C systems
• Development of web services, API integrations, and so on.

We regularly speak at the Infostart conference, participate in events hosted by 1C distributors, conduct training courses ourselves, and send our people for training. We develop our project technology, run a YouTube channel and a Telegram channel, help clients become better than yesterday, not just "do 1C". It's interesting here.

About you:

• You know how and love to program, this is essential :)
• You have experience with system integrations and are not afraid of them (web services, COM, file exchanges, etc.)
• Do you use extensions? This is not a question for you; if you see someone modifying the configuration directly, you'll "kick them" (figuratively speaking).
• You understand how the main mechanisms of standard configurations work. Before making modifications, you ensure that such a standard functionality doesn't exist (this is of course the analyst's job, but they can make mistakes too).
• You can estimate tasks and generally meet your estimates.
• You learn, improve, keep track of new developments in the platform, etc.
• You are pleasant to communicate with (on business matters, but also can chat about life).
• You are sufficiently autonomous; you can take a task, study it, ask questions, and complete it without needing constant clarification.
• You do good work, double-check your work, and don't submit buggy code.

Work in a team, with more experienced colleagues always nearby to support you on any issue. We have a cult of professionalism – you won't find strange people around you or on the team who are unclear about what they are doing, don't bring value, and slow down the work.

Project work:

• Estimate the task, agree on the estimate, complete it.
• Hourly rate: 1100 - 1700 RUB net, depending on level and experience.
• Payment for completed tasks monthly or more often.
• Adequate and experienced project manager who will guide you on where to look and how to approach things.
• Your work schedule is not important; the result within the projected timelines is what matters.
• Variable workload is possible.
