We are looking for a senior+ product designer to strengthen the team of a service used by millions.

You will design the end-to-end user journey, from the first "I want to go somewhere" to the confident "I'm going there."

The main task is to connect classic search and new AI scenarios. Not as two separate products, but as a single funnel that needs to be designed entirely.

You will be a full partner to the product team – with research, hypotheses, and independent management of major blocks.

This role is for someone who can keep in mind not just a set of screens, but the entire user journey, and is ready to defend their point of view, but change it if the data says otherwise.

Key Tasks

• In-depth elaboration and development of existing user scenarios in the product.
• Independent implementation of design solutions (70% of the time – hands-on).
• Development and implementation of an AI pipeline in design processes.
• Description of a machine-readable design system.
• Experiments with agent scenarios based on AI.
• Defense of design hypotheses before management (including C-level).
• Close interaction with teams.
• Adaptation of design for various platforms (mobile, web, touchscreens).

What's important to us:

• Experience working with mass-market products (not custom solutions) and complex information architecture.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Practical experience using AI in your work.
• Presentation and defense skills for design solutions before management (including C-level).
• Experience in iterative development of existing products based on feedback.
• Experience working with complex information architecture.
• Practice of research and A/B testing.
• Experience in search and discovery scenarios, AI/LLM interfaces, vibe coding, and working with mapping services will be a big plus.

This means you'll be working within a strong product team while receiving support from Pragmatica: development, guidance, and a clear operational structure.

Conditions and Format:

• You can work fully remotely or visit the office in Moscow or Saint Petersburg.
• Monday-Friday from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time.
• Full-time format.
