ABOUT THE COMPANY AND THE PROJECT 🏢 MoraTechnology is an outsourcing company that collaborates with top market products, handling employment, HR support, and creating comfortable conditions for engineers, while you work directly on the client's product.

We are currently looking for an engineer for a team building a lightweight runtime component for a cloud security platform.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 💻 Manage the team: own committed items, plan roadmap, conduct sprint planning and backlog analysis; 💻 Work closely with Product Managers and other R&D managers, synchronize priorities, and translate product goals into an executable plan; 💻 Make architectural and design decisions — focusing on data correctness, stability of customer-facing APIs, multi-tenant isolation, and pipeline reliability; 💻 Hands-on coding: write clean code in critical areas; 💻 Own the end-to-end domain, including the DevOps part: CI/CD, cloud infrastructure on AWS, monitoring/alerting; 💻 Lead on-call rotation and respond to production incidents.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: 📌 7+ years of commercial Python development experience; 📌 Experience with DRF, FastAPI, Flask, etc.; 📌 Experience in building and supporting analytical systems; 📌 Knowledge of event-driven architectures; 📌 Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL in the context of web applications; 📌 Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native services (AWS); 📌 Understanding of software design principles, concurrency, synchronization, data structures, and algorithms; 📌 English language — B2.

WILL BE A PLUS: ✨ Experience in forming team-wide practices for AI-assisted development (agent workflows, reviews, guardrails); ✨ Experience with modern analytical and data pipeline tools.
