Financial Specialist (Payment Operations)

A leading international payment company is looking for a Financial Specialist to join their team. The role will be responsible for supporting daily payment operations and liaising with banks and payment partners. This position is ideal for a specialist with 2+ years of experience in finance who wants to develop their career in international payments and FinTech.

Responsibilities:

• Process and control daily payment operations; • Work with payment registers; • Perform reconciliations with banks, payment providers, and internal systems; • Monitor payment statuses and promptly resolve arising issues; • Collaborate with accounting, Compliance, and other internal departments; • Prepare internal reports on payment operations.

We are looking for a candidate who:

✔️ Has 2+ years of experience in a bank, FinTech, PSP, or financial department; ✔️ Understands the principles of non-cash payments; ✔️ Is proficient in Excel; ✔️ Is detail-oriented and can handle a large volume of information; ✔️ Wishes to develop in the field of international payments.
