Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience
- Expert knowledge of C++ (C++98–C++17)
- Strong experience with Qt5 / Qt6
- Extensive experience in software architecture and system design
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows, including system-level programming and performance optimization
- Solid experience developing and maintaining cross-platform applications
- Strong knowledge of CMake and QMake
- Advanced knowledge of relational databases — PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, SQLite
- Hands-on experience with database architecture, optimization, scaling, replication, sharding, caching, and performance tuning
- Strong understanding of scalable and distributed systems
- Experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams
- Experience with JIRA and engineering workflow management
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
