About the Role

Reports to: COO

We're looking for someone to make Smooth run smarter. You'll work across the whole company — Operations, People & Talent, Marketing, Editorial, Events, and Brand Partnerships — to find the repetitive, transactional work slowing teams down, and build the AI-powered solutions that eliminate or streamline it.

We've already built a lot of internal tech, and you'll work on, own, and optimize it, alongside everything new you build from scratch.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who's equal parts curious, technical, and obsessed with making things work better.
