We are looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven Senior Manual QA Engineer who is ready to make a tangible impact on healthcare quality through technology. You will ensure the integrity of core features through early defect detection and deep-dive data validation.
🔹 What you'll be doing:
- Reviewing requirements for completeness, testability, and edge cases
- Designing and executing UI testing
- Testing REST APIs
- Writing complex SQL queries to validate data
- Testing asynchronous flows
- Investigating incidents through log analysis and GCP monitoring tools
- Leading root cause analysis and supporting regression testing
- Tracking defects in Jira and playing an active role in releases
- Shaping test strategy, spotting coverage gaps, and estimating testing work
🔹 What were looking for:
- 3+ years of testing experience
- Solid UI and REST API testing skills
- Experience testing integrations in a microservices architecture, including REST APIs and event-driven messaging (Pub/Sub, Kafka, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with complex SQL
- Experience with log analysis and system monitoring
- Sharp attention to detail and strong critical thinking
- English B1+; Russian language proficiency (spoken and written)
- Ability to overlap meaningfully with UTC+1 to UTC+5
🔹 Nice to have:
- GCP tools (BigQuery, Spanner)
- Cucumber (Gherkin), Groovy, Zephyr
- AI tools for test design or RCA
- HealthTech experience
