Requirements: Over 5 years of experience in backend development, specifically using Java, Spring Boot, and designing/implementing microservice architecture. Deep understanding of financial concepts: acquirers, issuers, transaction settlements, payouts, payment cycles. Proficient in PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including data modeling, indexing, and performance optimization. Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and caching tools (e.g., Redis) is an advantage. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Previous experience in a regulated financial environment or in the banking/fintech industry. Experience with PCI-DSS or other financial compliance systems.
