Stream Solutions is a Kazakh IT company. We develop MindIA — a no-code AI platform for automating business processes, integrating IT systems, and data processing. The platform features multimodal analytics (text, images, video, audio), big data predictive analytics, a no-code process and KPI editor, and integrations with ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), BPM systems, and IoT. MindIA is implemented for large clients in the energy, public sector, and logistics.
Job Description: MindIA — a no-code AI platform; integrations with ERP, CRM, and BPM systems. BPMN and UML, Technical Specifications/Business Requirements Documents (TZ/BRD), AS-IS/TO-BE, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Experience with Jira and Confluence will be a plus. Experience of 2+ years in business analysis, system analysis, or IT project management; applications with 1.5+ years of experience and work examples will be considered. Experience with external clients and enterprise projects: multiple departments, integrations, formal acceptance. Ability to independently conduct process surveys, gather requirements, write technical specifications, assign tasks to developers, and manage projects until the acceptance certificate is signed. Examples of prepared documents are required — they can be anonymized. Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, control deadlines, and risks. Fluent in Kazakh and Russian. A plus would be experience with an integrator or vendor, in the public sector, AI/ML projects, knowledge of GOST 34 or ST RK, and English at B1 level.
Full-time employment, full working day. Offline in Astana: office work and regular visits to clients. Travel compensation for client visits. Direct interaction with the company founder and quick decision-making. 2–3 implementations in progress simultaneously, a typical project duration is 3–6 months. Responsibility zone — requirements, documentation, and deadlines; the development team is not subordinate. Selection process: a short phone call, an interview with the founder, and a practical case study analysis without homework.
