🚀 We're Hiring: CRM QA Engineer 📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus

About Wiztech Wiztech is a fast-growing technology company specializing in the iGaming industry. We develop proprietary technology and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that power regulated gaming brands across multiple markets.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of QA experience in the iGaming industry.
• Hands-on experience testing CRM campaigns, including customer journeys, promotions, bonuses, triggers, segmentation, and communication channels (Email, SMS, Push, and In-App).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign validation and customer lifecycle management.
• Experience working with CRM platforms; Smartico experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience creating test cases, reporting defects, and performing regression testing.
• Ability to analyze campaign logic and identify edge cases.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Good written and spoken English (Spanish is a plus).
