We are looking for an SRE-ENGINEER, preferably with experience in foodtech.

• Requirements for the technology stack and candidate experience: Mandatory requirements (Must have): — Observability of restaurant systems — Alerting and improving signal quality — Diagnostics of incidents and degradations in restaurant systems — Defining target monitoring and searching for blind spots — Building and developing technical dashboards — Implementing RED, saturation, and dependency monitoring — Developing logging and log format requirements — Observability of kiosks, POS, VDU, and other restaurant devices — Monitoring availability and status of devices across restaurants, outlet formats, segments, and equipment types — Automation of typical checks, diagnostics, and operational tasks — Creation, updating, and development of runbooks — Coaching and developing Business Managers (BM) in the restaurant domain — Participation in incident reviews, postmortems, and recovery reviews — Forming and developing technical expertise in restaurant systems
