What you'll work on: 🔹 End-to-end product design for our iOS & Android applications 🔹 Discovery, user flows, interaction design and polished UI 🔹 Complex mobile experiences for digital assets, staking, yield and other financial products 🔹 Interactive prototyping and design validation 🔹 Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout implementation 🔹 Contributing to our design system and maintaining product consistency 🔹 Influencing product decisions through strong design thinking and user advocacy

We're looking for someone who: ✅ Has 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer ✅ Has a strong portfolio of mobile product design case studies ✅ Can independently own complex product initiatives from idea to release ✅ Has deep knowledge of UX, interaction design and information architecture ✅ Is highly proficient in Figma ✅ Is confident communicating design decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams ✅ Is fluent in English

Bonus points for experience with: ➕ Fintech, crypto or blockchain products ➕ Consumer-facing mobile applications ➕ Web3, digital wallets or other complex financial products

What we offer: 🌍 Fully remote 💶 Competitive compensation in EUR or USDT 🏖 Unlimited vacation 🤒 Paid sick leave
