👤 Who we're looking for: — 6+ years in a DevOps / SRE role — Strong hands-on experience with production AWS infrastructure — Confident Kubernetes administration (deployment, config, scaling) — Solid Terraform and IaC experience — Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines — FinOps mindset: cost optimization and capacity planning — High ownership, strong troubleshooting skills, proactive by default

📌 What you'll be doing: Infrastructure & Platform: — Designing and operating reliable infrastructure for a high-load SaaS product — Owning the full lifecycle of dev, staging, and production environments — Evolving the EKS-based platform: networking, security, scaling, capacity management Automation & Delivery: — Implementing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code with Terraform — Building and improving CI/CD pipelines via GitLab CI and Helm — Driving automation, standardization, and operational excellence across teams Observability & Reliability: — Implementing metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and SLO-driven monitoring — Leading incident response, root-cause analysis, and postmortems — Ensuring high availability and fault tolerance of mission-critical services
