🕹 Responsibilities:
- Collect data from internal services, LLM Gateway, GitLab, Jira, AI agent logs, and other sources.
- Design databases and analytical data marts to evaluate the usage of the CodeGen platform.
- Analyze user activity, scenarios, and usage profiles of AI tools.
- Research the resources, quality, performance, and efficiency of services.
- Test hypotheses about the impact of LLM on development, testing, analytics, and DevOps processes.
- Process logs, program code, merge requests, texts, and LLM output.
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines for data loading, processing, and updating.
- Work with S3, PostgreSQL, Greenplum, Oracle, and other data sources.
- Participate in the creation of RAG solutions: prepare and index data, populate vector databases, and update indexes.
- Create search and data retrieval tools for AI agents.
- Prepare metrics, dashboards, and visualizations using Superset, Streamlit, and Python.
🕹 Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent command of Python.
- Proficient with pandas, Polars, or similar data processing tools.
- Solid knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with relational DBMS and data warehouses.
- Practical experience in developing ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Experience with at least one data processing orchestration tool.
- Confident command of AI tools for development: Claude Code, Codex, or equivalents.
- Regular use of AI tools in development and analytics.
- Ability to independently explore data, formulate hypotheses, and find ways to test them.
- Experience with structured and unstructured data.
- Bonus: Experience with Apache Airflow.
- Bonus: Experience in developing solutions based on LLM, GenAI, RAG, or AI agents.
- Bonus: Experience with vector databases and search engines.
- Bonus: Understanding of Git, GitLab, and modern software development processes.
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of Data Science and statistical analysis methods.
