The role requires a high degree of independence in managing key analytical areas, direct interaction with company owners and the analytics team, as well as preparing reports and recommendations that influence strategic business decisions.
What we expect from you:
- At least 7 years of experience in data analytics.
- Experience in mobile app analytics and ad mediation for monetized apps: understanding of how mediation platforms, ad networks, waterfall/bidding logic, eCPM, fill rate, ARPDAU, impressions, ad revenue, and the impact of ad monetization on product metrics work.

- Deep expertise in key acquisition and product metrics and their practical application: LTV, ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPC, CPM, CPI, CTR, CR, retention, ARPU, and others.
- Experience conducting cohort analysis, ad hoc analysis, experiment evaluation, and hypothesis testing.
- Ability to identify non-obvious insights in data and translate them into concrete business recommendations.

- Experience with SQL for ad hoc analysis, data extraction, and modeling.
- Knowledge of Python or R for analytics, automation, and modeling.
- Understanding of the principles of marketing attribution, tracking, conversion measurement, and data quality.
- Skills in building reports and dashboards in BI tools (e. g., Looker) and working with them.
- Experience with BigQuery and other modern data stack tools such as GitLab, Docker, Google Cloud (Container Registry, Workflows, Cloud Run).
- Experience working with large volumes of data and the ability to independently develop analytical logic.
- Strong analytical skills and systematic thinking.
- Attention to detail, a high level of self-organization, and accountability for results.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical findings to non-technical teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, applied mathematics, statistics, data science, information technology, or related fields.
- Location: Eurozone or Asia.
Your tasks:
- Analyze and improve the effectiveness of advertising traffic acquisition from in-app, social, and web sources: evaluate sources, channels, campaigns, audiences, and combinations based on key acquisition metrics, identifying areas for scaling and optimization.
- Conduct cohort and segment analysis, as well as ad hoc traffic buying analysis.
- Systematically identify growth opportunities, formulate, prioritize, and test data-driven growth hypotheses: from optimizing traffic buying, creatives, and advertising platforms to improving monetization, user retention, and user ROI.
- Analyze and improve the effectiveness of traffic buying automation algorithms: evaluate the quality of solutions, identify the causes of performance drops, formulate requirements for improvements, and adapt the logic to new sources, advertising platforms, and business goals.
- Conduct predictive and proactive analytics to help identify risks, performance drops, and new growth opportunities in advance.
- Build and maintain analytical and functional dashboards.
- Verify the accuracy of key reports, data, tracking, and analytical systems; work with data from advertising platforms, BI, CRM, MMP, attribution tools, and internal databases.
- Coordinate analytical tasks within your area of responsibility: collaborate with the analytics team, monitor the quality of analytics, and help translate analysis results into business recommendations.
- Analyze and improve product metrics for our own apps, identifying areas for growth in retention, monetization, user behavior, and overall product performance.
