salary: 250,000 - 280,000 RUB net

Mandatory requirements

• BI experience of over 3 years;
• Knowledge of Insight BI;
• Development skills: ETL, data modeling;
• Skills in modeling and writing SQL procedures;
• Skills in optimizing script and interface chart performance;
• Dashboard design skills, overall UI/UX design in BI;
• Strong skills in interacting with business stakeholders;
• Agreement on project solutions at both technical and business levels;
• High motivation in achieving results;
• Ability to independently find solutions to complex problems;
• Estimation of effort and solution cost;
• Experience in conducting and organizing load testing.

Tasks:
Collection and analysis of business stakeholder requirements, design of analytical marts and data models;
Development and maintenance of ETL processes, SQL procedures, and BI reporting in Insight BI;
Optimization of SQL scripts, ETL flows, and dashboards performance;
Development of interactive dashboards considering UI/UX approaches and user needs;
Participation in effort estimation, agreement on project solutions, and load testing of BI solutions.
