Head of Analytics

We are looking for a Head of Analytics for an international partner platform to develop the analytical function at a strategic level.

Key tasks: • Develop the data strategy, DWH, and analytical platform. • Formulate an AI-native approach and data foundation for the ML direction. • Develop a data-driven culture and self-service analytics. • Build product, commercial, and financial analytics: forecasting, modeling, business effect assessment. • Develop A/B testing and product experiments. • Scale the analytics team and act as a partner to the CEO and business.

What is important: • Experience managing an analytical function and teams. • Experience working at the intersection of product, business, and data. • Experience in tech companies. • Understanding of DWH, AI/LLM approaches, and analytical infrastructure. • English — B2 level or higher.
