AI / LLM Engineer (Go + Python)

🌍 Format: Remote (Worldwide)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop production LLM/AI systems and AI agents. • Build multi-step agentic workflows: routing, tool calling, state management. • Work with prompt and context engineering, manage dialogue memory and state. • Implement structured output and function/tool calling. • Build RAG pipelines: chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking. • Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and internal services; develop backend in Go and AI components in Python.

Requirements:

• Ability to build an entire LLM system — from prompt/context logic and agents to backend, integrations, and production deployment. • Core stack — Go for production backend and high-load logic, Python for AI infrastructure and prototyping. • Experience building agentic workflows, managing dialogue state and memory. • Understanding of RAG, embeddings, retrieval, and reranking. • Skills in testing and quality evaluation: evals, regression tests, golden datasets, LLM-as-a-judge. • Ability to select models considering quality, latency, and cost; analyze logs and traces to improve stability.
