We are a fast-growing iGaming product without bureaucracy and unnecessary processes. The focus is on numbers, traffic, and growth. We are currently building our Affiliate department and looking for an Affiliate Manager who can grow with us to Team Lead 🚀

What needs to be done: • Develop the affiliate direction in the gambling vertical • Search for and connect new partners / webmasters • Analyze traffic quality and metrics • Optimize conversion to deposit • Monitor the market and look for new growth opportunities • Participate in conferences and industry events

What is important: • 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming • Experience working with CIS markets • Understanding of affiliate models and the gambling market • Own partner base will be a plus • Ability to independently manage processes and be responsible for results
