Requirements: Experience in IT outsourcing, understanding of T&M and Fixed Price. Confident command of Jira/Confluence (schemes, workflows, customization); JSM/Assets is a plus. Ability to write ACs that can be coded and unequivocally used for acceptance. Technical background for dialogue with developers on the logic of plugins and Atlassian API. We are building Enterprise solutions based on Jira and Confluence for the global Atlassian Marketplace. We are looking for someone who can close the loop: client request → clear requirements → acceptance of the result. What you will do: Translate client's wishes into a decomposed plan with unambiguous Acceptance Criteria. Control workflow, remove blockers, keep priorities up-to-date. Timely identify requests outside the scope of work and formalize them as Change Requests. Verify tasks for compliance with ACs, conduct demos and get client's Approve. Maintain documentation in Jira/Confluence so that an export to PDF is a ready report.
