Product Owner

A fast-growing crypto CEX platform is looking for a strong Product Owner with a deep understanding of trading mechanics and the behavior of the crypto audience.

We are looking for a hands-on specialist who knows how to build an engaging trading experience, improve product metrics, and directly influence the platform's growth and monetization.

💼 Responsibilities: • Develop user journeys within the crypto exchange • Build mechanics that increase first trades and trading activity • Work with retention, conversion, and monetization funnels • Analyze user behavior and product metrics • Launch and optimize trading-related features • Improve onboarding, registration-to-KYC conversion, and retention • Conduct product experiments and make data-driven decisions • Collaborate closely with growth, marketing, and business teams

✅ Requirements: • Hands-on experience with crypto exchanges / trading products • Understanding of spot trading, margin, futures, liquidations • Experience in building and scaling trading-related products • Strong product thinking and analytical mindset • Experience with product analytics and experimentation • Understanding of trader behavior and conversion mechanics • Hands-on approach and readiness to dive deep into the product • Experience with referral systems, gamification, or engagement mechanics will be a plus
