Tech Stack

Responsibilities
- Management and development of Kubernetes infrastructure: 12 EKS clusters, ~150 tenants
- Terraform — IaC for all infrastructure: VPC, EKS, RDS, IAM, ALB, policies
- Monitoring and incident response: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Sentry. Incident investigation, postmortems
- Working with databases at the infrastructure level: PostgreSQL RDS (replication, Performance Insights, WAL, backup), ClickHouse
- CI/CD: deploy pipelines, Helm charts
- Security: auditing, secrets rotation, network policies, IAM
- Automation of routine tasks: scripts, CronJobs, monitoring automation with AI tooling
About the team
The DevOps team consists of 3 people. We work closely with development, seeing everything from code to hardware. There's no division like "I only do Terraform" or "I only do monitoring" — everyone does everything. Direct communication with PM and engineering, without intermediaries.
Who we are looking for
- Senior, 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering
- AWS: EKS, RDS, IAM, VPC, ALB — at the level of "I can design and set it up from scratch"
- Kubernetes in production: deployment, troubleshooting, node management, RBAC, ingress, HPA
- Terraform: modules, state management, multi-environment
- Monitoring: Prometheus + Grafana, PromQL, dashboards and alerts
- Linux, networking, troubleshooting: confident diagnostics at the OS and network level
- Independence: work without micromanagement, ability to prioritize
- Russian — primary working language, English — working level (documentation, communication with the US team)
Bonus points
- PostgreSQL at DBA level: replication, tuning
- ClickHouse: administration, Keeper, replication
- Python for automation (scripts, tooling)
- Experience with automation using LLM/AI agents
